Qualifications

  • At least 1 year work-from-home experience
    • BPO/call center; or
    • VA or administrative roles; or
    • Any roles with work-from-home setup
  • Night shift experience within the last 6 months
  • Graduate or undergraduate applicants are accepted

Technical Requirements

  • Stable wired/LAN internet connection
  • Own Equipment:
    • Laptop/PC (at least: core i3 + 4 GB RAM, Windows 10 or MacOS)
    • Webcam/Built-in Cam
    • Noise Cancelling Headset with Microphone
  • Backups for power outages and internet issues:
    • Generator or Power Station
    • Pocket Wifi

Application Process

  1. Pre-Qualification Assessment
    An online assessment to filter out unqualified candidates based on experience, work-from-home setup, and graveyard shift availability. Successful candidates receive an email notification within 48 hours or more.

  4. Pre-Final Assessment
    A short interview with the HireSmart Team to determine eligibility for the final assessment.
  5. Final Assessment
    A three-part evaluation testing the ability to follow instructions, communication skills, and computer literacy. Successful candidates proceed to the final interview and skills validation with HireSmart.
  6. Computer & Skills Assessment
    Verifies communication skills and technical proficiency.
  7. Quick Chat with HireSmart Operations Manager
    A discussion to ensure candidates are matched with a role suited to their skills, preferences, and work environment.
  8. Client Matching
    A conversation with HireSmart hosts, where candidates introduce themselves and discuss their skills. Preparation is key to making a strong impression.
  9. 5-Day Training & Certification Exam
    Once matched with a client, candidates undergo training on job expectations, tools, and required skills. A certification exam follows to assess understanding and readiness.
